        Delivered forklift first time here. Amazing place, guys help out getting into the dock, super quick unload. Super nice people to work with!!!!

        Stay away from Apex if at all possible, there are far more competent and honest service providers. The folks at Apex apparently don't understand how to properly use a measuring tape or comprehend battery stickers. We trusted the Apex team to replace our battery and waited 8 weeks for it to arrive only to be told they had originally measured incorrectly. The replacement was physically too small, nearly 500 pounds underweight, came with the wrong pigtail, and had a significant decrease in overall capacity. Their solution? Wait 16 weeks for the right battery (24 weeks without a functional unit for us) or accept it as is and throw some unsecured steel plates in with the undersized battery.
