5/25/21 I started to change out hardware in my bathtub: the Moen cartridge was old and causing the faucet to leak, and install a corded shower head. Upon taking the Moen faucet apart, we realized we did not have the Moen size tool to remove the handle to get to the cartridge. We called Absolute, and Edwin came out within the hour. He resolved all our problems quickly, and at a very fair price. We are thrilled with this company.

2 of our sump pumps stopped working at 10:30 at night, and no other plumbing business in Lake County would come out even though they were all listed as 24 hour services. Jim Lane answered the phone and got us a plumber after I said we needed one ASAP. Our basement was flooding quickly. Carlos soon arrived. When we explained the situation, it only took about an hour for 2 new sump pumps to be installed and all the water was soon pumped out of the house. He also showed what the problems was One of the electrical outlets that the sump was plugged into was what tripped our breaker and stopped them from working. The pump was fried. Carlos worked quickly, efficiently, professionally, and was pleasant to work with. While it did cost a sizable amount of money, it was well worth every penny considering it was an emergency call on a Saturday night. 2 new sump pumps, two silencers were installed on both new pumps. Absolute was the only plumbing company who was able to respond that night. All other places we called wanted us to wait until 7:30 the next morning (Sunday).
