Have been using Bravo's for the past 4 years and have only wonderful things to say about the service and all the employees that I've had the honor to interact with. From lawn services, landscaping projects, snow removal, and Christmas lights. Fabulous company to work with.

We had to fire our prior pool contractor due to a long list of issues, we were lost and didnt know what to do. Bravo Landscaping stepped in and made an amazing backyard for us. They found the right people for the pool (Q&Q), got the right products and then delivered quality work. They did 2800 square feet of pavers, created and installed an outdoor kitchen, built a waterfall and slide, built a firepit, installed lighting, fence and massive amount of landscaping. They did what they said and then went way over expectations. They made this oasis that was above and beyond what we dreamed of. This is a true family run company with a dad and two sons, they care about the client and the outcome. Great workers who showed up and worked hard. Still cant believe what we see when we look out our window.

I just walked in from an argument with a young gentleman who indicated that he was the owner of the company. The conversation we had was aggressive, dismissive, and not what I want to see in a company nor near my community or home. Definitely not professional nor was he interested in understanding or addressing my concerns.
While this situation was tense when his crew blocked the street to our subdivision, arrived early to wake our child on a holiday, and started placing gear in the yard of the wrong house it escalated when one of the workers (reported to be his father by the young man/owner) starting cursing at me when he didn't like our interaction.
You will see a response below, rather quickly I do advise, that tries to obfuscate the situation and paint the company in a light that is innocent. If the owner had not "stared down" the homeowner nor made the assumption that I was outside to interact with him this might have gone a different direction.
Had the employees that engaged myself prior to this engagement been professional or simply just minded their business this would not have escalated. Those employees did enter my property, blocked my driveway, and impeded the subdivision's ability to use the street. To their credit, they did correct those problems prior to the owner showing up but it started this series of events.
Our subdivision has had numerous issues related to contractors including one less than a week ago. This organization is not prepared to do anything other than what their task is and cannot fathom that someone is simply not interested in explaining to their heart's content our position.
On the plus side, I did watch them ignore stop signs and other traffic rules.
I had been called racists comments by the staff and crew as well as my wife.
Simply put, this can happen to you, the response will contain a narrative of how they are perfect and it's all on someone else. This all started with them this AM and can happen to you. Had they not engaged there would have been no interaction. If I were them I would take this as a learning experience on how to handle themselves to avoid escalation.
To the second update on the business response that takes no ownership of the situation but only defends their actions, it would be wise to indicate that the words community not myself.
I haven't seen any responses to the other reviews online, I wonder if this same process will occur on all platforms. Remember I am a homeowner that clearly doesn't like this company. What kind of company are we dealing with here?
There are many choices in Landscaping Companies, but I recommend that you move on to another organization.
