        Very, very, very, unhappy with sunset ford of waterloo il. Had a recall on the steering. It has been over 4 weeks waiting on parts. It funny l can order anything on Amazon and I can get it overnight or in a few days, but the car dealer can't get what they need in a timely manner. So that leaves my car disabled till they get the parts. Not happy. This makes me stop and think, DO I WANT ANOTHER FORD !!!

        I traveled from South Dakota to Sunset dealership because the prices were worth it. Also they have the lifetime powertrain warranty which is another advantage of buying here. Great experience.

        Don't go here!!! They tried to overcharge me for a repair and repair something on my vehicle that didn't need to be replaced. I took my vehicle elsewhere (Ed Morse Ford) and paid half the cost and got ten times better service! On a separate warranty repair, they broke a piece of my vehicle and rather than the service shop pay for it, they submitted a loyalty case to Ford under my name, without my permission, to have Ford pay for their own mistake. I was told this is not how loyalty cases are supposed to work by another ford dealership. They are out for your pocketbook and pocketbook alone. Stay away from them.
