Great service on the phone with Brian, pd over the phone and was told to call when I arrived and the order would be brought out to me. I called and my order was brought out, no mask on, and had to get out and cross the lot to get my order. Was told I need to come to the door next time. I try to shop locally, I'll save the drive and order online next time.

They were very helpful on the phone and in person in getting the tests ready and explained how to use them. They have everything that your loved one needs!

I would give it a negative star rating if possible. Rob will not do his job . He is a liar and keeps saying he has done his job when it is easy to check and see that he has not. i.e. calling in the claim but the insurance company has never heard of such a claim. If you are even lucky enough to get him to call you back , ha that's a funny one ! I think it's been at least 2 months now my BF has been trying to get a new wheelchair . Rob knows the one he has in is great disrepair. Yet he blames everyone else for not doing their job as to why nothing is getting done. I feel like I'm dealing with a scam artist or one lazy you know what!

The owner is a nice awesome women!! The staff is so caring and nice. They are very prompt getting your supplies to you too!! Couldn't ask for a better medical supply place, the best in central Illinois. Thanks guys🧡
