uBuild Pizza Workshop

Great new spot in the Oakbrook area. You create your own brick oven pizzas... employees and staff are outstanding and willing to offer noteworthy pizza making opinions. They grow their own basil behind the counter which is unique and expresses the freshness and quality of their food. There is a frozen yogurt section inside this location which makes for a nice healthier desert option and they offer a 100 flavor coke machine... although I don't drink pop its still cool! I dine here at least a few times a week. The 5.99 cheese pizza and drink special is a solid deal as well. Can't wait to go back!

This place is great. Fast, lots of choices for pizza toppings etc. And, unlike ModPizza, they have spicy sauce too and it's way better.

Wow! Not what I expected! Walked in with my son at 11:30 am for lunch place was empty, which o thought was strange for it being lunch time. We stood at the front counter for probably a good 4-5 minutes with out being greeted or helped. I ended up loudly saying hello to get someone's attention to come out front to help us. After a couple hello's a gal came out to help us. And I use the term help lightly. She never said hello or asked if we had been here before to help us enjoy the menu and understand how Ubuild a pizza works. After figuring it out on my own I ordered a pepperoni pizza for me and my son. Seemed simple enough. Your a pizza place right? Not so much. After watching her struggle for 10 min with the pizza dough making machine. I politely let her know we will pass and go elsewhere for lunch. And business owner wonder why they are out of business in 1 to 2 years. Sad!
