Using a fake name so they don't say, "oh we tried to contact you BS". Our lawyer who has been practicing for 50 years said our inspection report was "useless". For the sheer aspect of them saying after EVERYTHING they inspect, "contact an experienced contractor for further evaluation". Aren't you the experts? Thats why we hired you. So in a legal sense they are deferring expertise, which therefore their inspection report means nothing legally.

As a first time home buyer this was our first experience with a home inspector and we couldnt be happier. Brett went above and beyond with the inspection and was very personable . Would recommend him to anyone looking for a home inspector. 5+ stars!

John did a great job on our home inspection prior to purchase (punctual and patient with answering our questions) and provided a thorough report identifying issues which we could get the seller to address before move-in. The team is very prompt in responding to questions /requests. We would definitely recommend them to folks we know.
