First and foremost the service by Computer Medics was not only great it was ABOVE AND BEYOND! Dave the gentleman with the company deserves high praise for todays interaction. I would highly recommend working with the company. They are fast, more than reliable, and have the consumer's interest in their mind.
I was having issues with making a bootable drive for windows and I called Dave for help. He offered to make a drive for me and pick it up from him. When I asked how much he would charge he said free of charge!
In todays service industry what Dave did is not only nice, but truly the top tier of service excellence. He offered me contact information and pick up instructions to help assist me receiving the boot drive. He not only did that, but got my drive made in 20 minutes! Dave really is a gem and like I said i would highly recommend Computer Medics for service needs!
