Love the shoes but the employees (one in particular) are awful. They never seem to have the size I need in the clearance shoes. I am not going to spend $50 on shoes for my two year old, so I look for the clearance ones. They never have his size, no matter what size he happens to be in. I love to buy shoes from the store vs online but this store is aggravating.

This store is a joke. I am so disappointed with the staff working there. They appear to be clueless to any common sense questions about sizes, prices etc. I have been there three times and the third time I had to walk out again due to the poor experience and aggravation. The selection is extremely poor. When asked about other stores that would carry a different size, the staff could not advise or tell me if they shared a database. I have had much better selection and customer service at the outlet mall. I am surprised these individuals are still working since they do not seem to know their merchandise, know how to advise on sizes or prices/sales. The sale signs are misleading and when you go to pay you note that only a couple pairs are on sale vs the huge sign welcoming you in the store. The sale pairs are not clearly marked. I would recommend management takes a good look at this store. Will never return and would not advise anyone wasting their time here.
