I'd give a 0 if I could!!!!! Absolutely Terrible customer service! DO NOT shop here. I made a Christmas purchase online back in December and have yet to receive an order update. I have left at least 4 messages with staff at the store, sent 5 emails, and left messages on Facebook and Instagram. I was charged for an item that was a Christmas gift and not only have the recipients not received their item NO ONE has contacted me for a status update, or refund. Absolutely ridiculous!!! I plan to report them and am working with my bank to get a refund!!!! The item was $188 so it's not like it was a small gift. Such a bad business and experience!

Leslie and Salwa are the kindest most helpful people. This store is the best in the entire mall.  They have wonderful ideas for gifts that are special and will be remembered forever.  If you need a gift that will be treasured, go see these wonderful ladies.  It's the spirit of giving and kindness in this place.

Great all-round gift shop for bridal shower baby shower I love the silverware maybe a 1000sq ft but lot to choose from amazing stuff
