I am very selective and was impressed how they prepared me for the expected service, they told me who was coming to my home and the service that was going to be done with an estimated price. Hired them to inspect the septic system of the property we were looking to purchase. They were not familiar with my system so the technician called his supervisor. His supervisor told him to say its working fine and take the money $275, the supervisor didnt know the system either. Once we bought the house immediately we noticed problems with the system. We checked Google and found a septic company. Upon arrival they IMMEDIATELY recommended that we contact the company that installed the system and found the information inside the system lid. They did all of that for FREE!!! The company owner came within that same week with haste. He explained that the system was Broken and havent been serviced in over two years because the previous owners of the house never had it serviced!!!!!!!!!!! He was elated that we reached out and on the spot temporarily serviced it until we could get scheduled with his team. The professional thing for Mars to have done was show up for the inspection, explain that the system is not something they were familiar with and recommend having the company that installed it to inspect it, for FREE, just like the other company. For the record We didnt schedule Mars for our inspection they were included with our home inspection package. Had we known that this company isnt well versed in septics then we would have made it known that we wanted a different company for the inspection. Had we known the septic system wasnt working the previous owners would have paid for the repairs before we purchased the house. Instead we paid $440 for repairs plus $275 for a false inspection!!!!!!!!!! In summary that was bad business. Honestly I wasnt going to share my story but Mars keeps flooding my emails asking for reviews so Im giving them what theyve been asking for. I have three witnesses who were at the property along with myself and husband when the technician explained that he really didnt know what he was doing and needed to call for help and he explained the entire conversation he had with his supervisor. My fault is not with the technician but his supervisor because the technician was very transparent!!!!!!
