        I had a sales representative for a credit card processing company come in to my business and signed me up for a lease through NPC. Unfortunately, what I was "told" by the sales representative and what actually transpired were completely different. Once I found this out I immediately stopped using their credit card processing and switched to a company that has been really good. There is no lease on my processing equipment with this new processor and there are no contracts. Unfortunately, when I called NPC to inquire about the incident and what we could do about it I was told I would have to buy out the entire lease. This is not what the sales representative said would happen. I used the equipment for a few months and I'm locked into a 4 year lease on a machine that is sitting on a shelf in my office. It was a very disappointing experience.
