        Been calling for 3 weeks requesting ice delivery. Years past we would call and they'd be there right away. 2018 we've only been able to get one delivery all year.

        If there was an option for -5 stars I would use it. My experience with this company is as horrible as it could have been. First when you dial your call is routed to a call center in Michigan that goes by Artic Glacier Ice, they take all your information, all seems legit. Comes the day of delivery and NO ICE I called the company 5 times and they kept saying hey were forwarding my message and they would get back to me asap. To make the story short, NO ICE, NO CALL BACK, NO SUPERVISOR, all they said was "we are just a call center" so F>>K ME! Please just don't use this company.
