I am very disappointed with Lawn Tech . Our problem started 2 summers ago. We have been invaded by moles, voles, they are destroying our lawn. They have returned now for the 3rd season.
Lawn tech has been coming for the past 5+ years. You can clearly see the tracks in the lawn. We should not be having this problem, since we have professional lawn service.

Not knowing who you are, we have no way of looking back at what we applied to the lawn during your time with us. Even preventative treatments might not work since moles feed on slugs, worms, grubs, and other soil inhabiting insects. Grubs are normally not a problem in shady lawn areas as the adult beetles like to lay eggs in sunny areas. Voles are herbivores similar to mice. Mice or voles only cause damage in winter and tunnel under extended snow cover and leave runways in the thatch layer. They are not soil inhabiting, and do not eat insects. So, insecticides would do no good in controlling them. We do recommend pulling out d-con mouse pellets where the runways usually start going into the next winter. If you would like to call the office we could look up your records and see what might be done differently if possible. The owner would welcome the opportunity to look at the lawn personally and see what the circumstances are.

They have taken good care of my lawn for over a decade. Programs and selection of add-ons are very helpful. Reasonable prices and good maintenance results.

I am very disappointed in lawn tech. I just recieved a bill almost 7 months AFTER my house was sold for something I never asked for much less even own the house where this service was "supposed" to be rendered... I would not have any way of knowing seeing that I no longer own the house! Now my credit has drastically been affected.. I can't even give this place a rating. What is the 50 dollar invoice even for?? ESPECIALLY knowing i paid for my services with this company before they even rendred service to my adress, for 2 years at LEAST ... My credit has taken a significant blow. Signed very upset EX customer...
