Took my Seiko Titanium watch in for a new battery - they called me with an estimate of $70. I declined and was told it would be a $40 charge just just because they looked at it. They didn't perform ANY work to the watch. I called back and asked to speak to the owner and/or manager and was promised a call back. 3 months later... I called again and was told that they sold my watch since it had been "unclaimed". Not cool. I would definitely NOT recommend this business. I am still waiting for the owner to contact me.

I've had alot of my jewelry made here which always comes out amazing! Also they are very hands on and listen to you which in my eyes is excellent customer service. If I need my jewelry cleaned their always willing to right on the spot too! Highly recommend this place. Great people and great opportunities with new ideas with customizing jewelry to create to your liking. I will continue to give them my business! :)
