TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION. I can understand having to be put on hold and wait to talk to a person on the phone but this clinic does not have that. They just automatically send you to the voicemail no matter what you're calling for. My experience with this clinic the two times I went in was identical. I arrived for my appointment on time and early, I sat in the waiting room for 45 to 50 minutes before being called back watching over 5 other patients go back and be seen before me. The physician was not informed of the purpose of the visit and I was rudely told by the assistants both times to strip naked and no attempt was made to talk to me about the purpose of my visit. They do not open their phone lines until 9:00 a.m., and then their phone lines turn off midday for a what seems like a 2-hour lunch break. And they close the phones at 4:00 p.m. The vibe I got from this clinic is that no one really works here or has any desire to actually provide patient care. Hope to save someone else time. Stay away! I regret giving them a chance.

Nurse Kathy is the nicest person I have came into contact with at any doctors office. She is so kind and personable(yet professional). From the first time I called womens health specialists, she walked me through infertility information so in depth. She advocated for me with my insurance company to cover as much as they should for infertility. Going forward if I ever have any random questions about womens health, she is always an easy person to talk to. Kudos to Kathy for making me feel so comfortable!

I've been a patient for 30 years. These wonderful doctors helped me with infertility issues, gynecological health issues, breast biopsies, and currently, dealing with breast cancer. I am very appreciative for the care I have received at the Park Ridge and Third Lake offices and continue to recommend Women's Health Specialists!

Everyone at Women's Health Specialist is amazing. I started seeing them several years ago for infertility issues and now menopause. Every doctor , nurse and staff have been the best to work with
