Titan Waters Analysis and Filtration

Titan Waters is a first class company. My overall experience dealing with the product (iron buster), company (Titan Waters) and salesperson (Robert) has been a pleasure. Robert has been the key to the success of my experience with Titan. He always answered the phone and would take as much time as needed to answer any questions that I had. I would definitely recommend Titan Waters if you have any type of filtration need.

Our water is so much better than it used to be because of our new filtration system. Our Sales Guy Robert went out of his way to make sure we were completely satisfied with the purchase and has checked in on us as well. The plumber who installed our system was tremendous. 100% satisfied.

Installed complete Titan Waters water treatment and purification system. Quality: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Value for cost: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Customer Service : ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Robert was terrific to work with. Answered all my questions completely. They went above my expectations completing this job for me. System truly cleans Lockport terrible and very hard well water. First shower felt like liquid silk. Osmosis system provides clean drinking water. Had my system for almost 4 years now. Anytime I had a question, Robert returned my calls same day. When I needed new filters for osmosis system, I received them quickly. Money well spent!

We bought a house with well water and decided we could not live with the rust stains and extremely hard water anymore. Titan Water was amazing every step of the way and we now have clear, soft, drinkable water.

We have extremely hard water and have had it on our to-do list to get a very nice softener and filter. We actually almost went with a different company before we found Titan Waters, and but after the other company's unprofessional behavior on multiple occasions, we backed out. Thank goodness because the next company we contacted was Titan Waters! Immediately we could see how much better of an experience we would have compared to the other company. Robert came out and tested our water (the other didn't), thoroughly inspected our setup to make sure what we wanted was actually feasible (again, the other didn't), and he was professional and responsive - and could find our house (the other couldn't). Anyway ... we went with the system he recommended, and our water is SO MUCH BETTER. I don't think I've encountered water harder than ours anywhere I've lived before, so it's truly night and day now that we have the softener and filter. The system is working great, and we are very pleased!
