    Paid $500.00 for a little yard seeder aerator it came broken and missing parts contacted the company Agri-fab as tractor supply informed me to do.. they never responded or made any attempt to make it right not good business I wouldnt buy anything else from them

    I bought a John Deere Snow plow that is manufactured by Agri-Fab and had a defective part. John Deere referred me to Agri-Fab to get a replacement part. I ended up talking to Mayra there and she was so helpful and knowledgeable. Her communication skills are excellent also. She sent me a parts diagram to identify the defective part. With in a weeks time I got the new part and installed it.

    Purchase a lawn vac and has a wrong part. I have tried to call customer service and all their lines are out of service. I guess they went out of business. Should have bought a DR.

    Purchased a plug aerator and de-thatcher. Easiest assembly ever. Step one, attach aerator knives to the spool assembly. Went easy. Step two, push in plastic bearings.......didn't come with them. Wouldn't purchase again. Tomorrow I will see how their customer service is. If I receive missing parts I will reevaluate this review and update. Update..... After a call to customer service, missing parts were sent out in a timely manner. Had parts in 2 days. After completing assembly, which took about an hour or so, the aerator worked great. Nice deep plugs. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality piece of equipment. It would be 5 stars but since missing parts and a delay waiting for them I will only give 4.

    Purchased Mow N Vac unknowingly damaged and missing rivets from the manufacturer. Worst customer service I have ever received when calling about the issue. They could have easily sent a replacement panel piece just as they should have sent the store since it comes in a crate assembled to TSC, a credit, literally anything. Rep was extremely rude and told me I should have inspected the (brand new $1500) item, it was my fault, and there was nothing she would do. I explained I had to borrow a trailer to pick the item up, I was not in a position to return it and was asking for help. So much for the 3 year warranty when the company wont even warranty the item being complete or I damaged as new! Havent even gotten to use it yet, as I will have to purchase rivet gun to fix it before its in working order although still damaged. I dont complain often and am certainly not rude when Im forced to ask a company for help with a product. 1/10. NOT recommending due to terrible service, the rudest rep I have ever encountered. No one should pay this much for a product with a warranty that is not honored the day after you buy it.
