If you are looking for a real estate attorney, look no further. I would highly recommend Ms. Hurrell. She is an excellent attorney with fine attention to detail. The whole process was remarkably smooth from initial conversation up until closing. Ms. Hurrell handled technicalities with ease which took everything off our plate. She walked us through the whole process and told us what to expect the entire time. She was consistently a step ahead and prepared us on what would happen next. We felt assured and had complete confidence throughout the whole closing process. She was very communicative, accessible and our emails were always answered promptly. Dianne was an amazing attorney for selling our house!
After our last attorney I was hesitant about hiring someone again, but im ecstatic that we found Dianne! She handled every aspect of the closing paperwork professionally and more important punctually! Often turning around tasks or documents within minutes instead of the expected days. Dianne also spotted a few inconsistencies in the contract, as well as added a few things that I completely was ignorant of to protect my assets.
Besides that, her demeanor was always pleasant even when I had a million questions. I never felt that our interactions were low on her priorities or bothersome, which means alot to me personally.
All in all you can't ask for a better attorney imo.
