Amy Duncan has worked very hard on our behalf as a go-between for us and corporate while we have worked through the claim process. The process is tedious and takes time, but she is quick to answer questions and help point us in the right direction. Kudos to Amy as well if she does not know the answer to a question, she is not afraid to ask someone else to get us the answers. Thank you Amy for your assistance!
