I was skeptical about a few of Jerry's 'findings" so I had another inspection from a much more qualified contractor and found that several items he listed were not accurately assessed.

I couldn't ask for anything more. Jerry responded incredibly quick, he was able to conduct an inspection in less than 24 hours, his correspondence was incredibly quick. He returned his report in faster than he told me to expect it. He also did an amazing job with his inspection. He found stuff that I was looking for, but because he has so much experience, he was able to find it in a way that I wasn't. He was then able to show how he saw it, and gave me advice on how to solve it. He also provided a couple of contacts for me to call for certain things.

I called Jerry with a simple inspection-related question and he told me "I don't know why you are calling me" and hung up the phone. Thank you for being so rude at such a stressful time in everyones' lives. Take your business elsewhere!

Jerry is the ONLY home inspector we use. We have purchased multiple homes and Jerry has inspected every one of them. I would use no one else.
