Dirk the technician for the day did a great job ! He is always acknowledgable about his products. We have had our system for over 15years. We even moved it from 1 house 1 another. Over the years our system has needed a few things fixed, but nothing to major.

We have been with American Water for 15 years. Excellent product and services. Their product combines water softening with water filtering. End result is our quality of water far exceeds well water and city water. No need to buy bottled water. The filters have extended the life of our appliances by keeping sediments out. We are on a yearly maintenance plan. Their service agents are punctual, friendly and very knowledgeable. We would highly recommend this company to anyone.

We have been with American Water for 13 years. They are the very best in regard to quality and customer service. Our system has been very reliable and we LOVE the quality of our water. We are in a rural area & our water is like bottled water. We also had American Water install a sediment filter and we do not have any sediment in our water. Our coffee pot has lasted for 10 years so far with no build up. This is a Great company!
