One of our favorite restaurants. Reasonably priced with good selectiontons. However, service tonight was a little slow.

We ordered the 12oz prime rib. What we were served was a over cooked 1/4 inch thick piece of meat.

Usually I like O'Charley's, but today it was terrible. Pauline is the worst waitress I have ever had. Never brought the rolls. Didn't bring my wife's drink until the meal was nearly over. I had to ask another waiter for ketchup. After she brought the bill, she disappeared for over fifteen minutes. I finally asked the hostess to take the payment. Food was okay but not great. The soup and pot pie were very salty and the burger was undercooked. I don't think I will be going back anytime soon.
