Former employee, quit voluntarily. Their workers do a great job but as a company they constantly look for ways to rip off their own guys. Pay never increases, benefits are outrageous and you can literally never gauge what your paycheck will be. I feel terrible for everyone that still works there cause most of them are good people and work so hard. It's a stepping stone of a job. Please know this when you hire them to do a job that they do not treat their employees fairly.
