Made a trip in to pick up my prescription but the drive through was not open. I was unable to go into the store. I live out of town so this is extremely inconvenient. Very poor customer service.

I was having issues at the counter with my care pass and my app. Thank u to Trish for saving the day! She was very helpful, patient, and friendly with her assistance. i'm deducting 1 star bc of the pharmacy personnel and their lack of customer service. I think I stood in the pharmacy for about 5 minutes. No one acknowledged my presence. And when they were ready to assist me, the lady walked up to the counter, "what's ur name? what's ur date of birth?" No "hello!" No "sorry for ur wait". No "can i help u?"...plus there were 5 people working behind that counter, so I didn't understand how come I was ignored for so long. But, thanks to Trish and the pretty Indian lady, i will be back!
