In my opinion, this man (Gary Harvey) doesn't appreciate modern decor or styles. In my opinion, his opinions are outdated. Had multiple offers and his appraisal came in extremely low. He appraised my home as a 4 bedroom when it was a 5 bedroom. He listed the appliances as 1 to 5 years when they were brand new and less than a year old. He listed a garage that held 3 + vehicles as a 2 car garage because he said vehicles needed to be shuffled. The bank even agreed it was low and sent it back for review. His appraisal scared my buyer and I lost money because of it. He left lights on and my door unlocked when he left my home after his inspection. Would never recommend this guy. If his name is selected for your appraisal, in my opinion, you should request another appraiser.
