        My first year here was rough but, since this new management has taken over, I have no complaints. From the manager patty to the secretary to maintenance! Very friendly and professional. They strive to make this place better everyday. My family and I are very grateful for all they have done! If there is ever a problem they are always prompt and more than willing to fix what ever it is. I am so appreciative for all the hard work they have been putting into make this place better!

        Very friendly staff. Patty and Alyson have been very helpful and maintenance was very quick to solve an issue with one of the doors upon move in. Walls are well insulated and relatively quiet and most of all the townhomes are dog friendly with waste bags to help clean up after your dog when taking them outside. Would definitely recommend Spring Creek Townhomes. Very nice and safe location/area and is close to both downtown and west side shopping and dining.

      Located in Springfield, Illinois, Spring Creek Townhomes offers pet-friendly two and three bedroom townhomes with a wide variety of amenities for comfortable Midwest living. Every Spring Creek resident enjoys quick and easy access to shopping, public transportation, dining, and proximity to Downtown Springfield and Veterans Parkway as well as these other amenities.Cats and dogs are welcome. We have no breed restrictions or weight limits. Each unit is limited to two pets. There is a one-time pet fee of $250 per pet. There is an additional monthly fee of $25 per pet.
