The Designer at this location, when asked to quote countertops for our kitchen remodel, proceeded to verbally tear apart our cabinet design (which I had started out by saying that my husband was already installing them, so it’s automatically more personal). The layout and design was, frankly, none of her business. However, she was flabbergasted at the plans and THANKED ME for explaining what we were actually doing with some cabinet doors and hardware. Well, glad I could bring her blood pressure back down but not before I decided to take my business elsewhere.
