Metro by T-Mobile - Closed

After 6 years its time for Me and Metro PCS by T Mobile to part ways. The customer service at both the South Holland location and the Blue Island locations are HORRIBLE. The company gives better deals to new customers instead of their loyal customers. You would think they'd try to hold on to the customer's they have by offer incentives every few months, something to show appreciation, but all I've ever received was oh you should check your email! The unpleasant attitudes as soon as you enter the stores, and if there happens to be more than one person "working" they're busy laughing and talking with one another or on their phones instead of helping the customer. I've finally decided my hard earned money spends quite nicely anywhere, and it won't be at Metro PCS/ T Mobile ever again! Good riddance.

This company has terrible customer service. The employees dont honor their word. I received a defective case from this store and they were not willing to switch it out when they clearly see that their phone case is defective. One of the females said that i probably tried to take the case off. Even if that was the case, in which it wasn't, this case shouldnt be messing up like it is. They are incompetent. The guy called his manager and started speaking in spanish. Very rude and incompetent individuals. Dont waste your time here. They are TERRIBLE! This place needs a negative five star rating.

She was amazing took care of a problem I have been dealing with for months it took her 5 min she was so sweet the girls that work in the Indiana store should be fired it's sad I had to drive all the way to Chicago to get good service

PLEASE BE ADVISED. This place just isn’t the it. Horrible customer service. I’d give no stars if I could.
