        Horrible horrible horrible! We have been working with a few different companies, because we were working through a warranty claim. They are BY FAR the worst. The technician was very unprofessional, DID NOT wear a mask in my home, tracked mud and dirt damaged our floors and carpeting throughout the house. And when i called to address these concerns, they were highly defensive and VERY rude. would not allow me to talk on the phone, constantly spoke over me, and was very rude and passive aggressive. They also over charged us, and charged us for other things that had nothing to do with replacing the AC unit. Not to mention the technician uninstalled the wrong AC unit initially as well. UPDATE: just updating to add that I tried to call and speak with the technician/OWNER about my concerns and they were more concerned with over talking me and pointing fingers than coming to a resolution. I tried to resolve the issue before writing this review, and they were not interested in coming to a resolution or even apologizing for anything. Service: AC installation
