        We had our furnance through this company for less than 10yrs and due to a known mfg heat exchange issue, it failed. The sales guy tried to tell us this was an upgrade, but after looking at the specs the new furnance is 60K BTU versus 80K BTU. Also, the installers left holes in our drywall when bringing the unit downstairs. We called to discuss this issues and were told someone would call back, but no one has yet.

        I were very pleased with the service we received with JNJ HVAC. They responded quickly to our air conditioner needs. The service technician, Jay, was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I found the cost to be reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company to others.
