Called about an hour ago because I need 15 new Windows and 4 new doors for my home. here's what happened {mind you the name on Google is Jabaay's Windows & Door store} this is the entire interaction between me and this company EVER there is no history Them : inaudible Me: Hi are you a windows and door store? Them : Door Store Me: do you also do windows? Them : I only install new windows I don't fix them Me : and you install doors? Them : I only install doors that I sell not doors you already bought Me :oh did I give you the impression I bought a door? Them : you know what you have a good day CLICK hung up on me Very unprofessional! I knew this was going to to be a costly upgrade and I saved for years to have it done correctly with top of the line products and professional installation I'm grateful this company was so upfront about their lack of respect for their consumers before I spent thousands of dollars on their products and services Good news though it worked out very nicely for the next Co Google suggested :}
