Blue Taurus Construction performed a electrical service at my residence today. The price was fair, the Electrician was clean and neat. I will definitely be calling this Co. again in the future.

I had some electrical problems, when the Technician Carl arrived I showed him where it all started. He had to troubleshoot but soon found the problem. I'm posting my review late to ensure the problem was corrected and yes it was. I would definitely recommend this company for electrical issues and I will use them again for other electrical issues. Thank you Blue Taurus Construction job well done 👏

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE PEOPLE. I have now been without power for a week in my bathroom. They insisted the first available appointment they had was five days after I lost power, and then after confirming the appointment this morning they never called and didn't show up. I called at least 20 times and send multiple text messages and they would not answer the phone or any other text messages what a bunch of low life, Spineless jerks to treat their customers like that

This place really lacks in professionalism and I’ve had a very frustrating experience with them. I needed my whirlpool tub looked at since it wouldn’t power on. I paid them for a visit prior to them showing up since I own the property but do not live there. Twice I confirmed with the operator that I had paid that fee. However, the technician still charged my tenant again. I kindly asked for a refund to my credit card as I wanted to immediately refund my tenant for the inconvenience. After several tries of trying to get a hold of a manager, I was greeted with no sympathy from the manager and instead he thought it was funny as you’ll see in the text conversation below. Feel free to call to confirm that is in fact the manager’s number. Learn how to own up to your mistakes and actually empathize with your customers.

I was at Home Depot in search of some assistance regarding electrical wiring of an old home. The associate wasn't much help and I was terrified of the risks associated with electrical currents and that's where I met Bo from Blue Taurus Construction. He offered his assistance without trying to sell his services. The advise he provided saved me a minimum of $125 service call from any other electrician. My wife and I were grateful and very pleased with his professional and friendly demeanor.
