Hallmark is a distributor for Cambria Quartz and the only source within 100 mile radius of our home. All of our other four home builds and refreshes had the countertop surfaces installed by Momax Marble and Granite with zero issues. Our contractor had to use Hallmark as they are the only game available. Hallmark was a nightmare, the seat in the shower had 1/4 gaps, the shower niche's were installed crooked again with up to 1/4' gaps and the vanity back splash seams were uneven and filled with silicone. We had the matching silicone grout available and they refused to use it. They blamed the poor install on that the tile installation and the walls were not straight. It took much back and forth, but after 2 months they re-cut and refit the quartz so it now looks right. But it was a dog fight every inch of they way. I hope our situation was an anomaly.
