In Feb 2012 I purchase a 99 Ford Taurus from these lying thieves! I paid cash in full for a car whos engine block cracked less than 2 weeks after I gave them my hard earned money. I still have not received the title from them yet. If you want a car u can drive, if you don’t want to be taken advantage of, if you want to drive to your detonations and not take the bus – THEN WHATEVER YOU DO – DO NO BUY FROM STANDARD AUTO LOCATED ON THE CORNER OF SAUK TRAIL AND CHICAGO ROAD! They are liars, thieves and shcisters! Steve – OWNER - will lie to your face and promise the lemon he’s about to sell you is a strong car that has been through a detailed quality inspection and you can depend on “years of driving” with his cars. Sue will grin in your face and kiss your butt until the sale is complete, then she becomes difficult to locate or reach. Byron is one of the rudest sales people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with and acts like a gate keeper on the phone, refusing to give the phone to Steve who is most likely sitting in the corner laughing his fat flat butt off counting all the money he has managed to dupe customers out of. If you want to drive a car – DON’T BUY FROM STANDARD AUTO IN SOUTH CHICAGO HEIGHTS!!!! If I could give them ZERO STARS I would!!!
