They are very uncomfortable services. I waited 1 hour the pickup 🚗,Only me.They are charged a lot, but services so bad. My recommendation fir this store, never call, because they no respect me, 😒

I called to pick up my items from my repossesed vechicle, and the receptionist man was very rude and racist towards me. I was told that I would have to pay fees, and the receptionist wouldn't give me his name, so I asked to speak to a manager and he insisted that he was a manager, and if I wanted my belongings, I could only get them if I paid $130.00 cash evenly. This is a fradulent business practice, and it needs to be closed immediately. I'm sure my items have been stolen, and I was demanded to come within the next thirty minutes to make a payment, and nothing else. I am disgusted at the disrespect by this company, because of the way men speak to women so rudely and in a non-business like manner.

They have exchanged my Toyota RAV4 key fob to a generic cheap one and I didnt realize it until my Rav cant locate my key and I was having problems starting the car. I changed batteries and went to Toyota and Toyota said this is not Toyota key fob. Dishonest and rude! Service: Car towing

We were having a horrible time after my grandmother getting her car reposessed but Holly and the rest of the staff made things so much easier for us. They talked to our financing company for us because they were being very difficult and were super patient with how frustrated I was getting. They aren't the business of being likes but they are a likeable business.
