I had scheduled these movers and I couldn’t have regretted it more. They were late and in being so they never called us to inform us they were going to be late, instead my wife called them and told her they were going to be 2-3 hours late then proceed to lie to my wife saying the time we requested was different. After loading the truck on our own we called and canceled the lady who answered the phone just said “ok” then proceed to just hang up, offering no help or guidance on what we do next to rectify the situation. So Heavy Hitter Loaders offers no concrete time frame, zero respect for the people that hire them, and zero customer experience, if I could give a zero rating I would because that’s what they gave us zero help! I can’t stress this enough DO NOT HIRE THEM!!

DO NOT HIRE!!!!! I am so unbelievably disappointed by this company. My husband and I hired them to help us move, and they didn’t show up. No one reach out. We had to call multiple times before we were told the movers were running late and would’ve been about 2-3 hours late before they would show up. By the time they were *almost* to our place, we were done. When we asked to cancel, the RUDE customer experience team just kept hanging up on us. They’re Unprofessional, have poor communication, and we’re not willing to help solve any issues. I REPEAT, DO NOT HIRE!!!!!!

These guys are incredible! Showed up early and rocked this move out. They were prompt and wonderful to work with. The guys are careful and ridiculously hard working. Highly recommend!!
