I'm currently a tenant looking for a way out of here. I've only been here since November and I've already been threatened with eviction for forgetting to switch ameren over in my name. As of the 5th when the building inspector brought them, without notice, with 2 other people they've been bugging me nonstop since then unless it's a weekend. I'm physically getting sick from the amount of stress I'm in because of this, I'm being threatened with eviction because I won't open the door for them because I'm in self Quarantine. I'm a victim of domestic abuse already and he knows my address somehow and their response is "call the police" and I wouldn't be calling them unless he was inside so what then? They said to hide and call the police. The ONLY lock in here is the one on my front door so I'd be dead. I don't have anywhere else to go and they're talking to my family so they're blaming this on me when I'm just trying to Quarantine in peace but I can't get that for ONE DAY unless it's Saturday or Sunday. The only way for me to get them to leave me alone is to get a restraining order, block all their numbers, and keep my door locked hoping they'll stop harassing me. I'm terrified just posting this because they'll be back tomorrow even though I don't know when or why and the landlord already screamed through my door at me, tried to forcibly pull it open, and knocked louder than the police. As a victim of domestic violence who has PTSD from it that doesn't help me one bit.

Probably the worst customer service I have ever received. Charlie, one of the employees, was always incredibly rude to us whenever we walked into his office and he was always accusing us of things we did not do. I highly recommend anyone living in Macomb not rent an apartment from Foresite unless you want a landlord that does not care about you at all.

the worst management I have EVER experienced in my 5 years of renting in Lexington. Staff refused to fix issues such as replacing cigarette burned furniture from the first tenant. Why didn’t they charge that tenant and replace? Because they never did the inspection after they moved out. My hot water tank took 2 MONTHS for them to replace. Not because the tank took a while to come in but because they wouldn’t believe me when I told them I had been taking cold showers. Just terrible.
