Had a sudden water leak happen on New Year's Eve. I rang Jacques and he was out in no time to trace the problem and repair the leak. Jacques was very professional, answered all questions and did not leave until he completed the job. He is great and prices are very reasonable. I would not hesitate to call on his services again.

We had both water heaters fail at the same time. I called another company and was quoted a very high price with no alternatives. Based on the reviews, I called Jacques. I’m so glad I did, he came over assessed the situation, gave me a much better price and installed them both that evening. I’ve called him for other projects as well. He’s personable, Honest : ), And a great plumber.

On Christmas Eve, water began rushing from the closet where my eater heater and HVAC are. Then the hot water went out. Not great signs. I contacted one of the bigger companies in the Midwest. They sent out an associate who only gave an estimate for work they would do the next day. Going without hot water on Christmas was going to be a little inconvenient, so I decided to try a few more options. Jacques was quickest to respond (and beat their estimate by a couple hundred dollars). I called around 2pm, I think, and he showed up at 4pm with a new water heater (after being slowed down by getting suppliers to show up on Christmas day). Everything was installed in about an hour and a half, and I haven't had any issues. I even waited a couple days to make sure I was in the clear. Can't go wrong supporting small Black-owned business.
