        I shipped some unused diabetic supplies to this address (5250 Old Orchard Rd Suite 300, Skokie, IL 60077) The company name is Diabetic Exchange USA. They claimed my supplies were damaged in transit. Be AWARE do not send anything. I understand this review is being left under Synergy Health however the address and Suite number of 300 is the same. For these boxes to arrive in such condition someone had to rip open the package and intentionally damage them.

        Synergy Health was there for me and my family during the pandemic. They provided the medical care we needed when our primary care doctors didn't. Telehealth visits, prescriptions and refills are very easy and accessible. They are also very prompt in returning communications.
