I totally lucked out by finding Alana Kahan at Lang Financial Group via the internet after getting overwhelmed with the marketplace. Alana was able to work with me in obtaining individual insurance for our daughter. She met our needs and walked me through the entire process. I am happy to say we have complete coverage that's affordable and we are able to keep all her current doctors which is a huge plus. Thank you again Alana!

The way they treat their employees is disgusting. They ought to be ashamed of themselves. Certain people in management proved to be very forgetful and did not do the best job with following up on tasks. The way upper management talks to their employees is beyond me, honestly, I'm surprised they still have a team to keep them afloat. With such a big turn around rate in employees coming and leaving, you have to question what's going on in the inside.

This company has an extremely high employee turnover rate, for good reason. They will literally forget to get back to customers--not what you want from the broker handling your medical and/or life insurance needs. The company overall is unorganized and doesn't seem to care about employees or customers.
