We highly recommend Dawn Dause for all your real estate needs. We owned our home for 30 years and decided it was time to move near our boys in Colorado. Since selling a home was new to us, Dawn took the time to explain every detail of the selling process. She let us know how to prepare our home for showings and was always available for any questions we had. We had to sell our home in 30 days and we accomplished that thanks to Dawn. Dawn is AWESOME! Dawn was the selling agent when we purchased the home from the previous homeowner. We remembered her when it came time to relocate again. So glad we reached out to her to sell our home. She had a very clear understanding of the housing market in our neighborhood which made us feel more confident in her ability to help us sale our home. Dawn was excellent at returning phone calls, text messages and emails to keep us up-to-date and informed of our relocation process of selling our home.
