Tale of two locations: 1 awful, 1 great. I needed service on a brand new Honda lawn mower subject to recall. I took it first to the Shorewood location. TERRIBLE service. Said it would take minimum 4 weeks and (this is the best part) that the brand new mower would be stored outside subject to the weather (think spring rains). I chuckled at this service statement and responded not a chance. I took it then to the Homer Glen location and they were great all-around. Repaired in 4 days (including getting part shipped). Mower stayed indoors. Tale of two locations. Shorewood location is definitely the ugly sister.

Had a GREAT experience with Ed! He was super helpful, super friendly, and super fast. We were in and out in less than 2 hours with our new Polaris RZR. No stress buying and GREAT customer service! Definitely recommend and two thumbs up

I've been going to Shorewood home and auto for a few years now. I do a lawn service, service people's equipment and I get my equipment and parts from them. I'm like the store, I provide service to many people and I do a lot of my business with them. I've had a few differences with them a long the way, but at the end of the day I'm glad and thankful for them being there for me and all there customers. So, remember no one is perfect by all means but they do there best each and every day to help. Staff is great, love the store and I will always continue to be a customer of Shorewood home and auto.
