Ever since I got to know this hairdresser, I don’t want to change her for anyone else! I love her approach and the way she always takes her time to discuss my concerns with me. She does an amazing job with my hair each time, and she is also a great makeup artist. I highly recommend her!

That's what I call a professional wig store - the customer experience is really a thing there and all my whims and wishes were endured and addressed. I must say that this is the place where you can reinvent yourself and be proud of your looks. I highly recommend this shop and the work of the owner.

I’ve been a customer of Carol Gray for the past 10+ years (since 2009) for my hairpiece and haircuts/related services. Carol has always been a fantastic hair dresser to me since I walked into her salon (Carol’s House of Hair) in Arlington Heights in 2009. She is very attentive to specifics/details and always gets the job done perfectly. She is absolutely the best in what she does and there has never been an instance when I’ve walked out of her salon dissatisfied. She is a caring and a hardworking person and always gives the best for her customers. She is fantastic with scheduling appointments and following up with her customers. All her hair services are affordable and best prices. I will continue to be her customer in the future and I look forward to continue working with her.
