I called this place a little before last week discussing the location and pricing with two different people as they have different staff that answer. i spoke to a guy named Sanjay regarding a quote, i did mention to him let me confirm some details i will call back and book. i have been calling this place everyday and yet they always tell me they will call back theyre very busy. Today i finally got a hold of them early in the morning to my surprise with barrage of attitude. I spoke to someone named EVE LUIS or LEWIS. She was the sales manager and boy she was HORRENDOUS. she kept throwing in my face laughingly that how they didnt answer because they were busy and attending customers. So does that mean they dont give business to potential customers? i did mention to her about how i have been trying to get a hold of them and she just kept cutting me off and asking what do i want. After explaining what i wanted, she told me she would try to accommodate me as i was frustrated at this point and said why do i have to chase people to book and for them to turn around and tell me sorry we cant help you. She straight up rudely said well i expected you to be appreciating since i am accommodating, spoilers ahead she did not accommodate. she puts me on hold and comes back saying she cant help me. she was rude throughout the whole conversation as she tried to just get off the phone. i asked for her full name and she said im "being difficult" and she doesnt understand why and hung up on me. i wasnt being difficult as i tried to get an answer to why theyre punishing me for not answering the phone when they prior committed to help out. i called back to speak to someone else and oh boy this sanjay guy is a character. stay away from this ill minded infested place. they do not know how to talk to people or dont even know what a customer is. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to anyone spend your money elsewhere.
