My husband and I had a great experience with Paramount installing a fence for our puppy! Our sales rep Laura was extremely helpful, personable and professional when coming out to hear the needs we had for getting a new fence. From scheduling the fencing with Claudia (customer service) to installation day, the communication between the company was always on point and never any confusion. We also had really great, friendly and professional installers Lee, Juan and one other. Would recommend Paramount to anyone looking for a beautiful fence and a painless installation experience! We just used Paramount Fence again for the second fence project we had going within several years and found the service even better then the first time. Salesman Steve worked with my husband on solving issues in our yard, taking a lot of time to find the best solution and product for our price point. I was impressed with scheduler Gabriel, keeping contact with us about the timing of the special order products we ordered. When it arrived he gave is notice and worked around our schedule...and kept to that schedule. The installer in charge was Sergio (I believe) he was professional, got the job done in a day. We have a dog so he was happy to have his yard back as soon as possible . Sergio and crew left our yard very clean and tidy with a beautiful fence behind. We are extremely happy with the product and complete experience from start to finish it was top notch...Making it the best decision going with Steve and Paramount Fence for a second time. We were extremely satisfied with the product. The price was very reasonable, and we checked all around. The service was fantastic, they worked on our time line. They removed our old fence and replaced it with a vinyl fence that matched a neighbors fence on one side. They cleaned up the area and covered all the old holes, making our yard look perfect again. We have very high standards, everyone for estimator, to installers worked to make us happy and surpass our expectations. We are very pleased we went with Paramount Fence.
