I went with my husband a week ago for a new exam and prescription for glasses. The doctor was very nice as well as the staff. It was overall a great experience. Today we picked up the glasses and again, we were very pleased with the staff and his glasses were perfect in every way. This office is clean, staff is very kind and nice to everyone that walks in (as we noticed ) , the doctor may seem young but she has great knowledge and answered all our questions without rushing us. Very satisfied with the treatment!

Since Sams closed and I needed a new eye doctor, I went to Sears Optical on Barrington Road in Schaumburg for the first time today because of some pain in my eye. Dr. Patel was very friendly, informative in her diagnosis, answered my questions, and explained the plan for treatment well. Even though I didn’t have an appointment, I did not have to wait long. The girl at the front desk was also very friendly and helpful. I tried Dr. Patel because of other reviews I read online and wanted to give her another positive review for others who are looking for an eye doctor.

Great doctor. Amazing staff that dont pressure you to buy like other opticals. Easy appointment.
