I went for a dentist visit 09/20/2021 in Big Spring TX. My accounts for this visit was paid in full. I even made sure afterwards that all was paid. There were no visits afterwards. THEN 08/31/2023 I received a bill for $202.00 (2 years later) I did go to the Big Spring office where I received the service. The office told me that they billed my according to the wrong codes in 2021 and did the adjustment now 2023, which is why I now owe them $202.00 I do not understand with all your audits and reconciliation checks that this amount comes up 2 years later. As my neighbors say, I can most probably been billed every 2 years? Would you please be so kind to look into this. In advance, thank you. Marietjie Koorts.

I am back again almost a year later, in the same situation as my last review, to be honest nothing has changed. In fact, it has even gotten worst with this company and the services I received at the EAST ST LOUIS LOCATION. They put this office in the poorest of a community and are not able to keep it staffed to help us out. Now my back story. I started braces at this location for my daughter in September 2019, I signed a 14-month contract and paid in full since. Here it is 2023 and she still has braces on simply because they cannot keep the location in east st louis staffed with an orthodontist. I have made numerous phone calls and emails to BBB and others to no avail. The communication with the office staff is horrible, and they are just a mess. PLEASE NO ONE TRY TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER ESPECIALLY WITH THE ORTHODONTIC. I AM AT MY WITS END. NOW I HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET AGAIN TO GET HER DEBONDED BY ANOTHER PROVIDER IN ANOTHER CITY.
