Kathleen is a great agent. She took extra time to explain our homeowners coverage. We also insure our autos with her. She is always available to answer any questions.

A few years ago our last Country agent retired and we switched to athleen Martin. We thought all of our polices were reviewed but to our surprise our auto policies were wrong. We have been paying higher rates for who knows how many years because our credit ratings were not correct. We were told by then agent that that information doesn't automatically show up so she doesn't have the time to keep up with every policy. if that's true your system should be better so that your clients get the best service. No where on our polices can we find that information to keep an eye on that rate? Unfortunately, due to this situation we will be shopping our polices for a new insurance company after 40+ years with Country. Very Disappointed
