The staff was great. Worst Dr I have ever met. My 4 year old had her first dental appointment and was rightfully nervous and crying and Dr Chen walks into the room, looks at my child, says she's crying, I'm not looking at her. Walks out of the room. Will never go back. He didn't even speak to her just walked right out.

I had periodontal procedure done , I am very satisfied with the service and work that they did. Dr. Chen and his hygienist were amazing. I was anxious when I came in. She explained everything throughly. Made sure several times to ask how I was doing throughout.

I do not know how there could possibly be any low ratings of this office. Dr. Chen and his staff are absolutely amazing. He is by far the best dentist I have been to. He was very, very thorough, asked many times if I was doing okay through my visit, explained everything he was planning to do, and made sure the staff had an estimate ready for my next appointment. I moved a couple years ago and was so worried about finding a new dentist so I have been traveling an hour one way until now. My previous dentist didnt have an opening until May when I called which finally led me to start my local dentist search. Dr. Chen fit me in a week after I called and I have a pretty tough schedule to work around. I went in for an exam and xrays on my appointment day and he started working on my problem teeth immediately after. I couldn't recommend him enough. My experience couldn't have possibly been any better.
